GATE Exam 2026 Online Registration Form

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2027 for admission in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture and both undergraduate and post-graduate level courses by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. The eligible candidates can fill online application from 14th August 2026 to till application last date 21st September 2026 through IIT Madras official website i.e. gate2027.iitm.ac.in for GATE 2026.

Exam Date: 06, 07, 13, 14, 20 & 21 February 2027

Application Fee

UR/ OBC/ EWS Candidates: Rs.2000/-
SC/ ST/ PH/ Female Candidates: Rs.1000/-
Application fee can be paid through Credit/ Debit cards and Net Banking/ UPI.

GATE 2027 Eligibility Details

Studying in 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program or who has already completed any government approved degree program in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Humanities is eligible to appear for GATE 2027.
